It puts things in perspective when you realise that bitcoin, right now, is the size of a bacteria sitting on a microbe of a flea's skin, with the flea sitting on the back of the dog that's walking with the man who is driving a car along a highway, where the highway cuts across a country that is part of the world that makes up Planet Earth. bitcoin is the bacteria and Earth is the global derivatives markets. Yep, that's quite a difference.
