The next meeting of the Financial Services Club, Central and Eastern Europe (FSClub CEE), will be on Tuesday 7th September 2010 at the residence of the British Ambassador, Metternichgasse 6, Vienna, Austria.
The focus of the evening will be upon Customer Relationship Management: Redefining the Client Relationship.
The client relationship is the key element in the banking industry. How client expectations are changing, the speed of business change, the changing demographics and the technological opportunities are all expected to impact the bank’s relationships with clients in the future. These developments will define the experience, the channel, the intimacy and the consistency of the relationship to the retail customer over the next decade.
In order to explore these themes, an esteemed panel of speakers has been selected, including:
- Ferenc Joo, Vice President, Retail CRM and Pricing Leader, Raiffeisen International
- Dieter Harreither, Member of the Managing Board, Vice President, Capgemini Austria
- Michael Otto, Head of CRM & Channel Management, Erstebank Austria
- Norman Webb, Practice Leader for Customer Intelligence Solutions, Europe, SAS Institute Software
