Dinners with Vince Cable and Jim Champy

The Club has two big dinners coming up in the next month which may interest readers of the Finanser.

The first is on 26th October with Vince Cable, Shadow Chancellor for the Liberal Democrats (register here to attend) and the second is on 10th November with Jim Champy, co-creater of the discipline Business Process Re-engineering (register here).

Vince Cable is MP for Twickenham and the Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer for the Liberal Democrats read Natural. He is also well known for being one of the few politicians not to be stained in the recent expenses scandal as well as an outspoken voice on the economy and government policy during the credit crisis. Not only did Mr. Cable call Gordon Brown on this crisis in a parliamentary tussle back in 2003, but he has also written one of the better books on the crisis, “the Storm”.
